A hell of an accomplishment.
This week, the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) just announced that "Feathered Indians" by Tyler Childers has now gone double platinum.
Not only is "Feathered Indians" one of my personal favorite Childers songs (as well as 'Lady May,') but it's been one of his most popular since its release in August of 2017.
The album the track is featured on, "Purgatory," has gone gold, along with "Whitehouse Road" and "Lady May" both receiving platinum certifications as well.
We all know it's been easier for artists to make a career without having a record label or receiving country radio airplay, and Tyler Childers is a HUGE example of that.
