POLICIES AT COUNTRY CHORD SHOP

Country Chord Shop is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when completing order. If your address is insufficient or incorrect and your package is returned to sender, there is an additional fee of up to $10.00 for the return and re-shipment cost that is charged to us by the mail carrier. Some items ship from separate warehouses so fees could be charged per package. If we do not hear back from customers that have a returned order within a month, your items may be donated to charities.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once tracking information says item(s) have been delivered.

Please allow up to 15 business days for item to ship, due to Covid related shipping and inventory delays. Most items will ship within two-four business days, however.

Items are only refunded or exchanged if the item you received is incorrect. For example: customer orders a large but receives a small. Please click the "message us" icon below or email us at Info@CountryChord with a picture of the label showing the size, as well as design on the front, and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

 Size charts are included in all of our product descriptions. If you do not see one, please email us. Exchanges or refunds for other scenarios are case by case and will be considered for an exception.

 

Most of our products are made to order. Orders can only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment/production stage, which can vary in time. However, customers have one hour to contact us with any mistakes made during the checkout process during normal hours from 9a.m to 9p.m. eastern.
