This may be your last chance to see one of Country's biggest stars in concert.
Last year, Alan Jackson revealed that he had Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a neuropathy condition that results in nerve deterioration and slows down muscle function, movement and balance.
As time goes by, the chronic condition will only worsen and Alan admits that it's sometimes affected him on stage.
With that said, Alan is hitting the road one last time.
Kickin' off June 24th and ending in October, the "One More For The Road" tour will take on 30 cities across the United States.
Alan Jackson is donating $1 for every ticket sold to the CMT Research Foundation, benefiting others who have the same disease.
